Miami Remodels ("we", "us") provides bathroom remodeling services to homeowners in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, Florida, together with independent licensed partner contractors. This policy explains what information we collect through miami-remodels.com and how we use it.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request an estimate we collect your name, mobile phone number, ZIP code, optional email address, and your answers about the project (type of remodel, number of bathrooms, timeline and whether you own the home).
Information collected automatically. Your IP address, browser and device type, the page you visited, the page that referred you, and advertising parameters in the link you clicked (for example campaign or ad set names).
Cookies and pixels. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure how our ads perform and to show relevant ads. It may set cookies and receive information about your visit and whether you submitted a request. You can control ad preferences in your Facebook settings and block cookies in your browser.
How we use your information
- To contact you about your bathroom project and schedule your free in-home estimate.
- To connect you with a licensed partner contractor who serves your area.
- To prepare your quote and provide the services you ask for.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.

Calls and text messages
If you check the consent box on our form, you agree that Miami Remodels and its licensed partner contractors may call or text you at the number you provide, including with automated technology or prerecorded messages, about bathroom remodeling services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Your mobile number and text messaging consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
How we share information
- Licensed partner contractors who serve your area, so they can contact you and quote your project.
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, form processing and automation, and customer relationship tools. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
- Advertising partners such as Meta, as described in the cookies section above.
- Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your request, provide services and meet our legal and business obligations, and then delete it or keep it in a form that does not identify you.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing admin@miami-remodels.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
